My name is Renata Galatti and I am a pastry artist focused on decorated cookies and cupcakes made to order for any kind of celebration – birthdays, anniversaries, weddings. I am a graduate from the Baking and Pastry Programme at Valencia College, Orlando, FL.
My passion for this field started due to my desire to put unique birthday parties together for my kids when I still lived in Brazil, my home country. However, everything was either too expensive or not to my standards. That is when I decided to take things into my own hands and learn more about the making and decorating of cakes, cookies and cupcakes. The parties were definitely a success and, as a consequence, friends and family started requesting my services. This encouraged me to turn my hobby into a profession. I opened a small home-based business in 2013 that thrived. Besides personal celebrations, favors for holidays such as Christmas, Easter and corporate events were added to my portfolio of products. In 2017, we as a family decided to move to the USA to study Baking and Pastry, and improve my professional skills.
Vanilla Sugar is my new cherished baby, a company whose main value is to provide its clients with the prettiest products, made with the utmost quality and passion.
